This bulldog was rescued by the Illinois English Bulldog Rescue. The dog spent the beginning of her life at a terrible puppy mill breeder, and also has a heart condition called a VSD.

VSD (Ventral Septal Defect) means there is a hole between her left and right heart ventricles.
The good news is that Rosie was adopted by loving parents and now lives with her best friend Daisy, another bulldog from the same rescue organization!
