This golden retriever pup’s family just rescued four tiny little kittens so young their eyes are still closed! Naturally, that means that, whether this pup likes it or not, he’s been made the unofficial big brother and guardian to a sudden litter of baby kittens that think he’s their Mom!

Luckily, this adorable golden retriever pup is nothing short of patient and loving. As the little ones meow loudly and clamber blindly over and around him, he watches them adoringly and gently sniffs at and nudges them. He doesn’t even mind as they begin to climb on him. What a gentle pup!

This good-hearted and compassionate pup makes the perfect elder sibling to these little ones. Thanks to him, they’ll grow up with a guardian to take care of them.
