Pablo the beagle can’t understand what’s happening and I’ll tell you what’s happening. The bedding is brown and it looks like sand, we know it, but Pablo doesn’t and he can’t stop digging!
According to some sources, “Dogs are great savers. They will bury bones or other treats ‘for a rainy day’ when they may need them.” It’s probably the reason why Pablo can’t stop digging, maybe because he remembered his hidden treat and now can’t dig it out!
