This pup is being dressed up as his (human) sister’s favorite character, Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony. This involves some strips of rainbow colored products being stuck to his skin and putting on a rainbow necktie, neither of which he particularly enjoys. But he’ll do it for his sister, like the sweet pup he is! Besides, in the end, he gets rewarded with a nice, long nap.
