During Easter, a lot of kids’ parents host mini egg hunts in their own gardens, with brightly painted egg containers that open up to reveal delicious chocolates and candies. Kylie’s mom did the same too, and together with Chloe the two-year-old beagle pup, she heads out to the garden with a basket to begin searching!
Chloe is super excited about this hunt, and her sharp nose means she finds lots of eggs much faster than Kylie! She sniffs out the trail of chocolate scents and, when she finds an egg, picks it up in her mouth and refuses to let go! Kylie has to coax the eggs out of the pups mouth so she can place them in her basket. It’s like Chloe is saying, “But I found this one!”
Of course, as a word of caution, we’d like to remind readers that chocolate is deadly to dogs, but in this case was alright because of the plastic casing hiding the chocolate candies within the egg. Make sure your pup doesn’t get into any of your Easter treats!
