Tazo the beautiful dachshund was sadly injured and his owners at the time could not afford to treat him. Time went on, and he became paralyzed. His owners felt the best thing for them to do was surrender him to Animal Haven and while that’s a sad beginning to the story, things got a whole lot better for this little wheelchair-bound pup!
He got treated to the best day of his life, sharing it with two of his shelter buddies. He got physical therapy, treats, toys, a new wheelchair, and the best thing a dog could ask for – a wonderful new life in a forever home!
He’s just the cutest dachshund ever and you will just love him once you get to meet him. Tazo may be paralyzed in both his hind legs but he is full of energy and doesn’t stop for anything!
In fact, he is unwilling to let his disability keep him down at all. His story just melts my heart!
