We all know that working out and staying fit are part of a healthy life. But sometimes finding that motivation to get up off the couch and go outside for exercise is just too hard!

The couch is comfy, and you just had a long day. Your favorite show is about to start, and the work out can wait! Those are some of the excuses you may roll around in your head to avoid getting out for fresh air. But, what possible reason could a dog have for not wanting to go for a walk? Do they have hard days?
