It seems that cats will groom anyone they love and consider part of their family. And there is a reason for that – it is how they show their affection and companionship! Learning your pet’s love language is incredibly important for just about any Mom and Dad – and animal sibling in the family too!
Bailey the Dachshund seems to be fully aware that this is just something his friend, Ella the Exotic Shorthair, does with those she is close to. Either that, or it is something she insists on, and he has no way of saying no to the grooming! Whatever the true answer may be, the result is this pup being meticulously licked clean!
Alas, it seems like something he is just tolerating – although he is staying stock still so his friend can groom, his eyes and face tell a whole different story! He loves his friend very much, but hopefully, this required grooming session will be over soon.
