Pups are pretty limited in how they can keep cool. Unlike us humans, who can sweat from our entire body to cool ourselves off, pups are mostly limited to their tongue and their paws for cooling.
As temperatures soar, it becomes incredibly important to help our pups keep cool since they have a harder time regulating their body temperatures.
One of the easiest ways to do so is to give them cold treats! You could opt to just give your pup ice cubes to crunch on, but why do that when you can make it a proper treat? Some parents opt to just cut up watermelon into cubes and freeze for their pups, while others get creative and make pupsicles! And some entrepreneurs make it into a business!
