Interspecies friendships – especially one between animals that are usually enemies or prey and predator – are undeniably one of the purest kinds of relationships that exist. There is something incredibly wholesome about seeing these two animals get along well.
Alas, as is what happens with just about any friendship, you can still get arguments or misunderstandings between these friends! That happens to be the case with this sweet English Bulldog pup, Rocky, and his steadfast friend, Nicholas the tortoise!
Normally Nicholas is more than happy to carry Rocky around on his back. The two would then travel around the Californian beachfront Nicholas resides in, the tortoise plodding along slowly while Rocky rides on top. Alas, this tortoise has decided to take a break from walking and has come to a stop, much to Rocky’s displeasure! The pup barks at the tortoise, unhappy that his friend won’t play with him anymore. Maybe later, Rocky!
