On warm, sunny days, it is pretty normal for us to feel sleepy and want to nap – either that or on rainy days. There is something about that sort of weather that never fails to make us drowsy – especially if you are a pup who loves to enjoy the sunshine!

After the cold, long nights of winter, this miniature Dachshund puppy is indulging in the sunshine that is coming through the spring sky! The sunlight must be lovely and warm for this puppy, considering she is spending a lot of time in the sunniest part of the house – by the sliding door!

Here, if she isn’t just sitting and enjoying the sunshine, she is napping on the wooden floor. With the way she is soaking up all that sunlight, you can be forgiven for mistaking her for a cat! Lack of sunshine does that to all of us, we suppose. We tend to miss brighter skies after dreary winter days!
