In England, Wallis, a golden retriever, was born with the canine equivalent to a cleft palate and one look at him and you can see that he also has two noses!
Lana Culley was 21 when she adopted Wallis and said they chose him because of his unique look! Culley already had another dog, Sunny, and the two became fast friends! Despite the birth defect, Wallis is just like other dogs – except that he has a heightened sense of smell. Seems to make sense since he has two noses!
Wallis spends his days running around the family farm and the local beach with Sunny. Wallis is not concerned when people stop and stare. Not many dogs have two noses, and people can’t help themselves! To quote the Backstreet Boys “What make you different makes you beautiful,” Wallis! Carry on and live large!
