Contrary to what some of your friends – or even you! – might say, fruits and vegetables can be incredibly delicious. Just take a look at how quickly pups are happy to just chomp them up as a snack or a treat!

Pups are carnivores, and require meat to thrive, but a little veggie-based snack every now and then doesn’t hurt them.

Which means pups like Tilly the Labrador are more than delighted to scoff down this entire stick of carrot! Mom and Dad have decided to give her a carrot as a usual treat after dinner. This pup loves the vegetable so much, she is more than happy to eat it before Mom and Dad even have a chance to cut it up for her!

That said, it is probably a good idea for Dad and Mom to not give her too many to eat. With a much shorter intestinal path, Tilly will have a much harder time digesting and extracting nutrients from plant-based material.
