In this recording of a live news broadcast, the Central Californian branch of the SPCA has a very special treat for the KSEE24 news channel – a feature of a pup that is up for adoption! Considering just how many pups out there are still in desperate need of good homes, publicity like this is a great thing.
This is especially so since the number of pups won’t go down until there is a society-wide persistent, public effort to curb and lower these numbers. And even then, progress will be slow, since pups can breed faster than they can be adopted.
Until then, those of you who are interested in bringing home a new member of the family may want to consider this adorable 4 month old German Shepherd puppy! Just bear in mind that he is still a small puppy, and so still has a lot of growing to do!
