If you haven’t gotten the memo, pups need sleep – and they need plenty of it! The exact number of sleep will differ from individual to individual, based on size and breed. Generally, however, pups will sleep about 12 to 14 hours. In other words, over half the day is spent sleeping!
This English Bulldog named Zeppelin is taking his regular nap on the family sofa. You can even see this side of the sofa is dedicated to him, since it has a carpet to catch any drool he has that comes out while he is asleep. Mom takes a moment to give him a pet and rub his chin – easy to understand, he looks adorable!
It should be noted, however that pups don’t really sleep as deeply as we humans do. So it is best to not bother them while they are napping away – you wouldn’t want to disturb them!
