Golden Retrievers are, well, retrievers! They were bred to fetch game that hunters had shot. They are also intelligent, tolerant, and good working dogs!
It should be no surprise that they are one of the most popular breeds of dog in the United States. Today, Golden Retrievers are used as tracking, therapy, and drug-sniffing dogs. The lucky puppy in this video is not any of those things, however! Cameron, the puppy, is going to go swimming with dad!
The puppy first gets on a blue raft and is taken out to the center of the pool! As soon as dad moves away from the raft, Cameron hops in the pool! His doggie paddle stroke is flawless as he makes his way to dad! What a great way to spend time with your dog and get exercise (for both of you)! Back on the raft and back off again! What a great day!
