Rooney the dachshund pup really, really wants to play with his sister this morning! The problem is, she’s very busy getting ready for school. The pup doesn’t care, though – he wants her attention!
Rooney grabs his favorite squeaky ball toy and runs up to her, tail wagging, squishing the toy so it makes a noise! His sister tells him she can’t play, but the determined pup won’t give up. He starts to bark, following her around as she goes about her business. When she climbs the stairs, he stands at the foot of them, waiting for several minutes for her to come back down again. Aww!
But then, the pup’s sister puts on her shoes, picks up her lunch, and starts to head out. The pup’s sad, heartbroken expressions as he watches her go makes me just want to hug him! Don’t worry pup, sister will play with you when she gets home!
