Bathtime! How do you get your pups to get used to showers? It seems that it is a universal struggle to get your pups cleaned – unless you start young and get them used to it, it is usually something that is, at best, tolerated. Unless you got lucky with a pup that enjoys baths, that is!
Toby is a beautiful Dachshund puppy that is now 10-weeks-old. For the last two weeks since he has been home, his Mom has been doing her best to acclimatize the pup to being washed – and it looks like it is working! Just look at how excited Toby is when Mom asks him if he is ready for a bath.
With the water all set, Mom picks up the pup and sets him down in the sink. At this point, Toby suddenly realizes that maybe he isn’t entirely ok with this anymore, and wants out of the sink! Hopefully he will soon learn that bathtimes are okay, and something to be enjoyed even.
