This Adorable Pup's First Time Bathing Is Going To Bring Back Memories!

While the bulk of the work inevitably ends up going to Mom and Dad, having pups can be one of the best ways to teach your child about responsibility. After all, now there’s another living being that depends on them for food, comfort, and shelter. Also, the puppy stinks and needs to have his first bath.

And thus, Mom and Dad recruited Charlie the Beagle’s human sister, Lilly, for Charlie’s first bath! Setting up a wading pool on a large, fluffy green carpet in the family living room, Lilly tried to make it fun for Charlie by throwing in toys. Even Charlie helped toss in a few of his favourites! Then came the hard part–getting Charlie in.

Toys didn’t do it, so next is food. Everyone tries different snacks, with Dad even using bacon! Alas, even that wasn’t enough to convince Charlie to step in by himself. So in the end, Lilly rolls up her metaphorical sleeves and carries him in herself!
