This Adorable Pup's Idea Of Getting A Belly Rub From The Carpet Is Just Hilarious!

Dogs love a good belly rub, a nice scratch behind the ears, and a loving pet on the head. But their Moms and Dads aren’t always going to be available to dispense constant attention and gestures of affection at them all the time! So what happens when a pup wants a pet really really badly, but can’t get one from their parents just then?

Arnie the beagle pup has found a cute solution to this problem. The carpet in his living room is pretty scratchy, so whenever he wants a belly rub, he flops unceremoniously down onto it and uses it to rub his stomach! Admittedly, it ends up being more of a chest rub than a belly rub, but beggars can’t be choosers. What if he wants a scratch on another part of his body? Then he rolls over and rubs his face against it!

Dad finally gives in after seeing that display of adorableness and calls Arnie to him so he can give him a proper pet for real. Good job, Arnie!
