As many of you know, bulldogs sometimes need to get nose bath on their noses to help them from getting cracked and dry.

That is not to say that all dogs appreciate it when their nose gets slathered with the greasy stuff! Reuben, the bulldog, is about to show you exactly how he feels about the nose balm! The video is in slow motion, and it really allows you to see the ‘art’ of nose balm removal! Who knew that the tongue of a dog was such an exact instrument!

Clearly, Rueben has had a lot of experience getting nose balm off his nose! He knows exactly how to contort his tongue to get rid of the stuff as quickly as possible! The dog’s tongue is how they clean, cool, communicate, taste, and drink – it is their most valuable muscle! Reuben may not appreciate his dry, cracked nose later on though!
