But, the slow-motion clip we have here is one that shows us how a German Shepherd prepares, executes, and catches a ball in midair! You can see how focused the dog is as his dad gets the ball ready. The ball is thrown, and the dog’s eyes are following it much like you are supposed to when you are at bat.

The dog gets up on his hind legs and leaves the ground! With a small mid-air adjustment, the dog twists his body around to nab the ball just as it arcs toward the ground! The dog probably got a good foot or two off the ground to catch it! Good work!
