You never know what will make a dog uneasy. I’ve heard of dogs being afraid of everything from toasters to their own shadows (literally) but this bulldog named Callie has a very unusual fear – mullets!

His mom reports, “I noticed her barking and looking in the direction of the mullet, so I grabbed the mullet and followed her with it and this is what happened.”

Apparently, at first glance Callie knew she just didn’t trust the mullet, and then when her mom picked it up, she didn’t seem any more comfortable with it! Part of her seems just puzzled by what the heck this thing could be. She looks like she wants to investigate, but the other part of her must be telling her to get away and avoid this thing!

When you think about it, who can blame her for being afraid of the mullet? It’s on a floating head, after all! I would be scared too!
