Dogs grow up so fast. They come into our lives as puppies, and within a few months, they are adults. The American Veterinary Medical Association, says that the first year of life for a medium-sized dog is the same as 15 human years!
During their second year of life, they will have aged nine more human years. Then things level off, and they only age five human years per year. Still, that is a super-fast growth rate! We all wish they could stay young and cute forever! In this very popular video, we get to see Oliver, the beagle grow up!
At the beginning of the video, Oliver is a 10-week-old puppy. We see him play and go on car rides and walks. He meets older dogs and has a few treats along the way too. At the end of the video, Oliver is 10 months old – a teenager in human years!
