Tom Hardy's Pup Shows No Interest When He Talks Like Bane! This Is Hilarious!

One of the most commonly impersonated characters from movies today is Bane, the antagonist from the Dark Knight movies portrayed fantastically by Tom Hardy. Our impressions range from terrible to pretty close, but of course, nothing will beat the original.

Movie buffs and fans might be thrilled to hear Tom Hardy using his signature Bane voice, so famously created with the help of a mask in the film that muffled the already unique accent Tom used for the character. But in this video, filmed back in 2016, we find out that not everyone loves that voice!

In the clip, Tom performs some of his more known Bane quotes with the help of an athletic cup to muffle his voice. But next to him, his dog Woodstock – nicknamed Woody – wears a very amused and annoyed expression. It’s clear that he’s not one of those who enjoyed Tom’s portrayal of the character!

Woody is sadly no longer with us, having passed away when he was 6 years old due to a muscle condition. The pup was adopted by Tom as a stray when Tom spotted him while filming Lawless. The two were immediately best friends, and a heartfelt tribute was written by Tom to his friend when Woody passed on.

Tom has always been vocal about his love of dogs and animal rights advocacy, and he’s an inspiration to animal lovers everywhere!
