Training a pup can be incredibly hard work, but also highly rewarding! Not only do you get to spend time bonding and getting to know your pup, your pup gets mentally stimulated and rewarded! Obedience training can also help make your life so much easier to manage, especially when you start young. Pups are easier to handle when they are small, after all!
This young, eager Beagle puppy named Bruno is already going along fairly in his training! This pup has gotten far enough in his training that his Mom can get him to do several consecutive commands without letting up. It is actually fairly impressive considering just how young this pup looks!
When training your pup, make sure it is always a positive experience for the both of you. And keep it short, about 10 minutes. This is because your puppy is still young, and doesn’t have that much of an attention span just yet. Any longer and it can get frustrating for the both of you!
