Wait Till You See What These Siblings Have In Mind!

Carrot stick riding was a fairly common practice back in the day, and perhaps some still carry it out now. Essentially, it was the act of motivating a donkey to walk forward while you rode it by holding a carrot in front of it with a long fishing pole.

It may not be a very modern practice, but apparently, there are still some uses for it! This young girl wants to ride Zira the German Shepherd pup, but Zira isn’t exactly trained to act like a stallion. So the girl comes up with a solution – she ties one of Zira’s favorite cookies to the end of her toy fishing pole, gets onto Zira’s back, and holds it ahead in hopes that it will work!

Unfortunately, Zira isn’t very convinced by the dangling cookie and is much more interested in sitting still and chilling. She moves a bit, but very slowly – clearly, she isn’t a pup meant for riding! We’ll leave that job to the horses, shall we?
