Pups are pretty much always excited to go on walks, but sometimes once they’re out in the open, they become much less interested in actually walking and much more fascinated by literally everything except the road ahead of them.
They may stop, sniff at objects on the sidewalks, or even just get too lazy to walk altogether!
Twinkie the dachshund puppy is just four months old, but already loves walks! Today, he and his parents are out taking a walk through the snow-filled pavements of Chicago. There’s just one problem – he keeps lagging behind! One moment, he dashes after his Daddy, and the next, he’d rather be investigating plants next to his path. Silly pup!
In the end, Daddy has to resort to picking him and carrying him if they want to get anywhere at all today. If only we humans could get away with enjoying the experience of a walk without actually having to walk!
