Pups do love playtime! For any loving Mom or Dad, it bears repeating that play provides mental and physical stimulation that is very important for pups. Of course, you could just buy some toys for your pups to play with, but most dog toys only really work if Mom and Dad are participating. And of course, play sessions are a great time for parent and pup bonding experiences!
Although it may not look like it, this Labrador Retriever is having a fun time teasing his Dad! He has a tennis ball in his mouth, and it is clear Dad is trying to get a hold of it. Unfortunately for Dad, this pup knows it, and won’t let Dad get his hand on it!
Do bear in mind, however, that when getting toys for playtime with your pup, always ensure that all toys are bigger than your pup’s mouth. Any smaller, and it can become a choking hazard!
