People who think dogs don’t experience the same emotions as humans have never seen a pup who’s missed their Mommy or Daddy for a long time! There’s no way to deny that pups miss their parents very much, are sad when they’re gone, and are overjoyed when they return!
This beagle pup hasn’t seen his Dad in 18 months. When he goes outside and spots Daddy coming out of the car, the pup completely loses his mind! He jumps on him, howling and barking as loud as he can, tail wagging so fast it’s a blur on camera. It’s like he’s trying to tell the whole neighborhood, “My Dad’s home! Look, everyone!”
Dad is happy to see his pup too, lifting him up and holding him in a hug and giving him lots of pets. The pup is still going crazy! It’s going to take him a while to calm down from the pure joy of seeing his beloved parent again. What a touching reunion!
