We often wonder why our dogs do what they do.

Animal behaviorists can maybe give you some insight into your dog’s behavior, but let us be honest, they don’t really know for sure, they are just making an educated guess based on experience and observation. The dachshund in this video is scratching at the floor as if trying to dig a hole. You may find yourself wondering why – and so do we. We never learn the reason why he is scratching at the floor either.

But, at some point, the dog realizes he is being filmed and stops! He looks at the camera as if wishing it would just go away so he can get back to work! He does! It could be the dog thinks he buried a one under there and is just trying to get it back! Talk about fierce determination! It could be he hears something, watch and see if you can figure it out.
