We all know that dogs love food almost as much as they love us – and perhaps sometimes even equally! That’s why when there’s food around, pups are sure to start salivating.

This is especially true when they know the food is for them, and if that food is a special type that they know is a rare treat, it gets worse!

The Dad to this adorable English bulldog pup brought home a giant hunk of meat today that he’s going to carve up and pack away as a treat store for his pup – and boy, does that dog know it! The pup can’t help but stand up on his hind legs and try to reach the meat on the table. It’s so close, yet so far.

Finally, the pup just manages to lick the corner of the meat, only to have Daddy waltz in and move it further away from him. No, what a tragedy! Looks like the pup will just have to wait until dinner is served for real!
