Toretto was recently neutered, leading him to spend a lot of time lying on the floor and getting annoyed at the cone collar he’s wearing. You’d think it would be hard for him to do simple tasks, but he shows us that drinking water even with that cone on isn’t a problem for a smart pup like him! He easily stays hydrated even while his mobility is hindered.
