Because pups are social pack predator animals, it stands to reason that one of the main ways in which they socialise is through play fights!

No one ever gets harmed during these play fights, just like children don’t actively mean to harm each other when playing make-believe war. In fact, it is just a great bonding experience for these pups!

This Akita pup and Beagle pup named Bruce and Eggies respectively are two close buddies. You can just see it in the way they interact with each other! According to Mom, Eggies the Beagle pup is 5.5 months old, while his companion is exactly one month old.

You can imagine, then, that this little Beagle pup is trying to establish his dominance over the younger but bigger pup via winning in play fights! And the Akita pup is willing to let his senior win, and maintain that hierarchy to keep his buddy happy.
