When we bring home a pup for the first time, we can’t help but to keep our eyes on them at all times.
Not only are they the most adorable things we have ever seen (and thus a wonderful sight, no matter what!), they are likely to get into all sorts of mischief! In general, it is a good idea to keep a close eye on our puppies, in case they end up in trouble.
This is especially so when they are going out there and chewing and biting on everything they see! The reason they do so is because this is primarily how they explore the world around them – much like how babies will put things into their mouths to discover new textures and tastes!
Of course, nobody quite enjoys that, so the trick is to redirect all that energy into appropriate places – in the case of Buckley the Labrador Retriever puppy, into gnawing away at his new favourite toy!
