When You See Why This Pup's Sad Your Heart Is Going To Go 'Awww'!

Being the smart little creatures they are, pups learn to understand habits and routines and what they mean. For example, putting on your shoes may mean you’re leaving for the day, and opening the top shelf in the kitchen might mean it’s food time.

For Reuben, there’s no worse symbol of dread than that of the suitcase. When he sees Daddy dragging the luggage out, the pup knows that it means he will be gone for a few days. Dad has many business trips to go on, and the pup hates them. He stares at the suitcase with pure hatred.

When Daddy pulls out of the driveway, Reuben begins to mope around the house in a depressed state, missing his Dad very much. Just when it couldn’t get any sadder, after four days, Dad finally comes home! Immediately, the cute pup’s world lights up again and he excitedly wags his tail and jumps into Daddy’s arms. All is right in the world once more… until the luggage comes out again, that is!
