When a man gets married, it’s only right that his best man is his very best friend. But in the case of Justin Lansford–a wounded veteran, his service dog is his best friend!
So during their wedding day, his service dog was his best man!
In 2012, Justin Lansford lost his leg in Afghanistan because of an Improvised Explosion Device (IED). When Justin returned home, he was paired with a service dog named Gabe to help him cope with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
When Justin proposed to the love of his life, he knew Gabe was the only choice to be his best man!
