Fido the German shepherd is a sweet, shy pup, and he makes for a great and fun companion! The pup is fearful and anxious but is also generally accepting of new people, and he will warm up to someone after giving them a sniff and observing their behavior.

The pup seems to have been abandoned after living with a family for some time, as he shows signs of house training and is definitely toilet trained. He is underweight, and he also has heartworms but is receiving treatment for them. He will do well in a smaller home. He currently lives in foster care with foster pup siblings due to needing a break from the shelter environment.
