6 Changes Your Dog Wants You To Make In Your Life (Part 1)

Every human knows that in order to lead a healthy life, one must make major life changes. Making major life changes takes a lot of will power, and you should understand that these changes cannot be achieved overnight, they take time. Instead of cutting down bad habits all at once, gradually reduce them and slowly introduce good habits.

1. Go to bed 30 minutes early

You need 6 to 8 hours of quality sleep in order to function properly. Lack of sleep can cause many health problems including heart diseases, depression, obesity, and whatnot, so if you don’t sleep well, you won’t be able to spend quality time with your dog, you won’t be able to take them out walking, you won’t be physically able to play games with them. Your dog wants you to get your sleep so you aren’t cranky!

2. Wake up 30 minutes earlier

For your dog, this is a dream! If you can wake up 30 minutes earlier, not only will you be helping yourself be healthy, but also take your dog out for a quick 20-minute walk! Your dog knows how important morning air is to you and him and how walking will keep both of you healthy! Fresh air and exercise is a recipe to relieve stress and keep your dog happy while you’re at work!

3. Play outside with your dog

Your dog knows how important vitamin D is to you and them and so while they appreciate indoor play, they absolutely love outdoor play! Aside from fresh air and vitamin D, playing outside with your dog helps you de-stress and spend quality time with your dogs. Also, open spaces will help you get more exercise too! Your dog knows that and wants you to be healthy!
