Dogs need regular exercise to stay healthy. But humans do too! That’s why having a dog can be great motivation to help both of you get fit together.

Go For A Hike
Take your dog out with you on the trail. Don’t forget to bring some water along for them, and make sure their collar ID is up to date.
A night out in nature with your dog can be a great way to get some exercise going. Make sure your dog is healthy, has all their vaccinations done, and has all the necessary equipment!
Believe it or not, doggy yoga classes are offered in a number of cities! You and your dog can relax and stretch together.
Go to a dog-friendly pool and swim some laps or head to a beach and play in the sand and surf. Make sure your dog’s ID collar is up to date.
Bring your dog along when you go for a run or jog. Leashes that can be attached to your waist are great for this purpose.
A simple walk can be a great way to spend time with your dog and enjoy low-impact but very healthy exercise.
