8 Things Only Tall Dog Parents Understand (Part 2)

Being a tall dog parent, in my case, is a boon, but also a pain in the back and knees! My dog isn’t a tall dog, he’s a beagle, so you can imagine. I’m a tall person and my dog is 10 floors below me. Yeah, that’s the feeling I get. Here are some things only tall dog parents can understand! Oh, and here’s Part 1, in case you missed it.

1. When you take selfies with your dog, you make sure you’re lying flat on the ground so you can both fit the frame. Or you lift your dog up. Hello, backache.

2. When lying on the floor isn’t an option, you ask someone else to take a picture of you and your dog from a mile or two away. Yeah, you’re tall.

3. You’re self-conscious when walking your dog because your tiny dog makes you look like a giant.

4. You say a prayer every time your dog poops in public. Yeah, you need to go down 10 floors and pick that poop up.
