Meet Gryff, an adorable dachshund who just had a surgery done on his cervical vertebrae a few months ago and now he’s showing the world his strong will to live and that nothing can come in his way of happiness!
According to the original uploader on YouTube, “Gryff had surgery done on his cervical vertebrae back in August 2015. He couldn’t even stand for the first weeks but after pysio and the right kind of very gentle hydrotherapy this is what he was capable of in October 2015.” After a surgery, it’s important that we take good care of our pups.
According to Vet Street, “If your pet is receiving medication, ensure that he receives the proper doses that your veterinarian prescribed. And since certain drugs—especially painkillers—can slow his reflexes, it’s smart to restrict your pet’s activity (keeping him from stairs and slippery floors, for example) to prevent injury.”
“Supervise your pet’s eating and drinking, following all instructions for special nutritional requirements. Until he’s back to normal, provide food and water in small amounts.” Now take a look at this strong fur ball and don’t forget to like and share his will with your friends too!
