Austin The Dachshund Just Won't Leave His Mommy's Lap!

This is Austin, a miniature dachshund who was just 9 weeks old when this video was taken and as you can see, he just doesn’t want to lave his mommy’s lap!

Austin the dachshund wants nothing but to sit on his mommy’s lap and play there with his stuffed toy! He just doesn’t want to get down and enjoys all the love and cuddles he’s getting! While this is a good thing, it’s important that we don’t make it a habit for them to sit on our laps to relax because our fur babies can be, at times, quite fussy.

If they feel that they want to relax, the only thing they’ll think of is your lap. You might find it cute for the first few days, but when you’re tired and want to sleep, it would be very difficult to allow your fur baby to occupy your lap. This is from my personal experience only 🙂

I remember when I brought in Max, he’d sleep on my lap in the afternoons and on my arm in the night, I didn’t think it was a problem, but as he started growing up, it did become slightly difficult, I’m sure you understand 🙂
