Today’s rain has definitely put Titon the bulldog pup is a bit of a bad mood! The pup stares out of the glass door wistfully as the raindrops pour down overhead. His eyes and expression are so sad! He knows he has to wait until the rain stops before he’s allowed to go out and play, and he just isn’t up for that at all.
