Pups deserve forever loving homes. Why are so many pups still being abandoned and left to fend for themselves?

This poor pit-bull and boxer mix pup was one of those pups, and she was found wandering around a residential area and was picked up by Officer Kareem Garibaldi. Officer Kareem brought the little fur ball back to the Lakeland Police Department while he was on shift, then took her to his home that evening.

The next day, Officer Kareem took his new pup friend on a mission to find her owners. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to locate them, so Officer Kareem took the adorable fur ball to SPCA in Florida. Just look at this trusting little pup sleeping next to the officer! Doesn’t it make your heart melt?

After a three-hour wait, the pup was seen by a doctor, who gave her a clean bill of health. That was all it took for Officer Kareem, who then adopted this lovely fur ball and named her Hope! Aww! It’s wonderful that this pup now has a daddy who will take care of her and love her forever!
