Dog Got Locked Out By Accident So At 2 AM He Started Ringing The Doorbell!

Our four-legged friend cannot speak to us in a language we can understand, and when they need us, they cannot simply pick up the phone to call us.

Despite the language barrier we have with our pets, there is no reason for us to underestimate their intelligence! In a household of McDonough, Georgia, a strange event took place which reminds us of the intelligence of our dogs.

Fast asleep and comfortable in his bed, Robert Fox was woken up at 2am by the sound of his doorbell ringing. Surprised and wary, Robert grabbed his closest weapon, alert and ready to face the potential intruder at his doorstep. When Robert got to the front door, he looked at his door cam, only to be surprised with the sight of his very own canine companion ringing the doorbell.

It seems that somehow Chika had accidentally been locked out of the house and was ringing her way back in. Unexpected but relieved, Robert opened the door and let Chika back inside. Looking back at the door cam footage, Robert saw Chika had tried ringing the doorbell a few times and eventually figured out how to do it successfully. She had most likely watched visitors do it and figured out how to go about it in a similar fashion.

The story of Chika certainly gives us a good chuckle, but also reminds us that when our furry family members want to get our attention, they will certainly find a way to get the job done!
