Excited To See Snow For The First Time, This Dog Wants Tiger to Experience It Too!

For this one-and-a-half-year-old Golden Retriever, there’s nothing better in the world than cuddling with his favourite tiger toy. Captain, the dog in question, has been fascinated by stuffed tigers since he was a puppy, and it seems like the obsession is not going anywhere.

Liz Andersen, his mom, can confirm that this obsession is the real deal. Captain had a white tiger when he was a puppy, that he had stolen from Andersen’s daughter. When he inevitably destroyed it, he decided to steal the daughter’s orange tiger and claim that as his too. Captain brings the orange tiger everywhere. The two are best friends and no one can keep them apart.

The Andersen family had to move from California to Denver, and they knew they couldn’t leave without Captain’s tiger. They packed it up and took it with them to their new home. Captain had never seen snow, as he had lived in California all his life until the family moved. So, when they landed in Denver, he was over the moon when he saw the white, fluffy snow.

But he knew he couldn’t fully enjoy it by himself. He had to show his best friend the new discovery he had made. He went inside the house, grabbed the tiger, and ran outside to play in the front yard and watch the snowfall.

Captain knows that everything is better when you share it with someone special. And the Andersen family knows just how kind-hearted their dog is. He always puts a smile on everyone’s face. The Andersens have an autistic son, and ever since they got Captain, he has been happier than ever.

As the dog and the kids grow up, they are sure to have many more amazing days together. And Captain’s tiger will always be there, experiencing everything with him.
