Baxter the beagle is pretty clear about his dislikes too. This cute beagle has just been nurtured and doesn’t like having the cone on his head. He is letting his people know by complaining and nipping the one who took him in for surgery. Poor guy! It’s in his best interest, but this vocal cutie is just not enjoying it and you know what they say – misery loves company!
