An Albany, Oregon therapy animal and certified member of Project Canine, JJ the golden retriever went viral recently after her handlers posted a touching video of her comforting a blind elderly woman in her hospice bed.
The golden retriever JJ can be seen affectionately engaging with the woman, nudging her hand and giving her the tenderest of reassuring kisses. This can be such a difficult time, but the love and tenderness that JJ gives truly shows that this beautiful golden retriever understands what is going on and just wants to be a comfort to this woman.
