I See Skies of Blue and... Dogs?

When you look up at the sky in the daytime, what do you expect to see? The blue sky right? And maybe some clouds. Well, on this particular day, a dog decided to make an appearance in the sky. The only thing is, he was a cloud.

It’s not every day you look into the sky and see a cloud shaped like a dog. One woman, Melissa Lanham, was lucky enough to see it! It was like any ordinary day when she was home in Kentucky. All of a sudden, something on the horizon caught her eye. There it was, as fluffy as could be, a cloud disguised as a puppy.

She was just on her porch when it happened and she saw it over the barn. She was taken aback. She’d never seen anything like that before and had to do a double-take. The cloud-dog or dog-cloud appeared to be standing upright on his legs. It was as if he was reaching up higher for a treat. Lanham knew she had to share this wondrous sight with everyone she knew, so she snapped a picture. It certainly was not something you see every day.

She shared the image on social media for others to experience this amazing sight, and the response was overwhelming. Luckily she had the thought to take the pictures when she did because the cloud soon began to break up and no longer looked like a puppy. If you’re ever lucky enough to see a puppy in the sky, you’d best take a picture as soon as you can too, because cloud formations don’t last forever!
